Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-28
unvale.so —
UnVale's corporate site — and nothing else. Each product UnVale ships has its
own terms on its own site, and those govern that product. Questions:

Publisher / Editor
These terms of use are published by Raúl Padilla Martín, trading as UnVale, a software studio based in Spain, operating the domain unvale.so. UnVale is a trading name, not a registered company. By using this site you agree to them.
1. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes who UnVale is and the kind of software we build. It does not sell anything, does not take accounts, and does not accept submissions of any kind. The only interaction it offers is an email address.
Information here is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a commitment to build or ship anything, a quotation, or professional advice of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this site in a way that breaks any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's availability — denial of service, flooding, or similar.
- Copy the site's content or design wholesale and republish it as your own.
- Use automated means to harvest the contact address for unsolicited messages.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, design, the UnVale name, wordmark and brand colours — is the property of UnVale and protected by intellectual property law. You may read, link to, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or use UnVale's branding for any purpose other than referring to UnVale.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to UnVale's product sites and to third-party pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate; their own terms and policies apply when you follow a link.
5. Privacy
Your use of this site is covered by the Privacy Policy at unvale.so/privacy, which is incorporated by reference. In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing beyond the technical request data our hosting provider handles — plus whatever you choose to put in an email to us.
6. Correspondence
Email sent to [email protected] is read by a person and answered where it warrants an answer. Do not send confidential or sensitive material unsolicited: a reply does not create a contract, an engagement, or any duty of confidence unless we have signed something saying it does. Unsolicited ideas, proposals or materials are sent at your own risk and create no obligation on UnVale's part.
7. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We take care to keep it accurate and current but make no representation or warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or remove anything on it at any time without notice.
8. Service availability
The site is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — it may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or because of a third-party outage at our hosting provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 + supplementary EU law), UnVale is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if UnVale has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by UnVale's negligence.
10. Products
Where UnVale publishes a product, that product is governed by its own terms of use and its own privacy policy, published on that product's own site. These terms neither extend to a product nor describe one.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the Spanish courts having jurisdiction over the user's place of residence (per EU consumer-protection rules), or in the Madrid courts if no other competent court applies.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site changes materially. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and changes are listed below. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
Version history
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-28 | Publisher corrected to the full legal name, Raúl Padilla Martín, trading as UnVale, Spain. |
| 2026-10-28 | Publisher stated as a natural person — Raul Padilla trading as UnVale. The previous text carried a "[legal form TBD]" placeholder implying a company that does not exist. |
| 2026-10-28 | Replaced wholesale. The previous document was a consumer product's end-user agreement published at this URL; it described accounts, medical-reference disclaimers, App Store subscriptions and a referral programme, none of which unvale.so offers. This version covers the corporate site only. |
